The Goat House Staff
Well this has been a hard one for me for sure. I have lifted weights for well over 20 years and this has definitely been an adjustment for me considering my gym is closed for the foreseeable future. My wife kaki88x has been kind enough to work with me to show me several circuit body based workouts. I've always been a gym rat, love moving weights, so this has royally sucked. But this has also shown me that circuit workouts kick my ass, a lot lol. What is everyone else doing to try to stay in some form of shape?
